Published Peace

Paint Ball! #1

 
  I was walking to the paint ball area.  My heart  pounding against my chest.  The ref said "15 minutes," and yells "GO!"
  I run behind a wall with my friend Ben next to me. My team was Me, Ben, and my friends Mason, La Von, Nate, and Lucas.  The other team is my mom, dad, brother Landry and his two friends Adam and Jack and also Mason's dad.  "Plunk, plunk, plunk!"  The paint was going everywhere.  They were coming around back of the castle.  "Plunk!" my dad was out!  I looked at my hand it was hurting. I was hit!  "Plunk!" Mason's dad was hit in the mask.  "Take cover!" yells Ben.
  "Plunk plunk!" Lucas and La Von were out!!! Although Adam was too.  "Plunk!" my mom was out!  The only ones left were Nate, Ben, Landry, and Jack!  Jack and Landry were in the castle.  "Plunk!" Nate was out!  It was 2 on one!  Landry and Jack were in the castle and Ben was behind a wall. "Plunk!" Landry was hit!  "Ten seconds left!" the ref yelled. 
  Ben ran across the castle.  "We are going to win" I thought although doubting myself. Jack and Ben where firing pant balls like mad men.  "9 Plunk 8 Plunk 7 Plunk 6 Plunk 5 Plunk 4 Plunk 3 Plunk!  BAM!"  Jack was hit.  We won!  But that was only the first round...  Never give up and keep trying!
