Today I swam the mile in the mile meet. Our team hosts the mile meet every year. Each year there  are about 65 kids that do it. The mile is the most hard event you can swim.  In the mile there is 66 laps of the pool. Each person needs a counter for them. They make sure that you are on track of how many laps you are on.
