Thoughts About My Writing

• In at least 3 sentences, explain what you are most proud about your at-home-writing life since the beginning of this school year. 

One thing I have be proud of is that I have stayed consistent with my at-home-writing.  I write almost every day.  I wrote longer than I did last year also.  My writing has helped me with expressing myself.

• In at least 3 sentences, explain what you are most proud about your in-class writing life during writing workshop since the beginning of this school year.

 I am most proud of the TADD in my story. I used a lot more than I did last year. I have learned and grown as a writer.

• In at least 3 sentences, explain what your areas for improvement are for your at-home writing life starting today.

 I can be more detailed in my at-home-writing.  I can use my time more wisely figuring out what to write about.  I spend way too much time thinking of what to write.

• In at least 3 sentences, explain what your areas for improvement are for your in-class writing life starting today. 

I can continue to add more detail and thoughts. In my last unit, I did not use enough thoughts to explain my character.  I can describe the situations and environments more clearly.
